Estimates Are Not Offers
Prices on this site — in the fence cost calculator, the cost guide and on individual pages — are typical installed ranges for the Seattle area. They are there to help you budget. They are not a quote or an offer to do work at that price.
A price becomes binding only in a written quote from Vista Fence LLC for your property, after the fence line has been measured, and then only on the terms of that quote and the agreement you sign. Material costs, site conditions, permit requirements and sales tax can all change the final figure.
Rules and Guides Are General Information
Our guides summarize city fence codes, state law and building-code requirements, with links to the sources we used and the date we checked them. Codes change, exceptions apply, and the right answer depends on your lot. The guides are not legal advice and do not replace the city, a surveyor or an attorney.
Before you build, confirm the current rule with the city or county for your address. When we build your fence, we check the rules that apply to that job as part of the work.
Work Is Governed by Your Contract
Any fence, gate or repair work we carry out is governed by the written quote and agreement for that job — including its scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.
Using This Site
- Send only information that is accurate and that you have the right to share, including photos of property you own or are authorized to show us.
- Do not use the forms to send spam, advertising or harmful content, or try to interfere with the site’s operation or security.
- The text, drawings, calculator and design of this site belong to Vista Fence LLC or its licensors. You may print or share pages for your own planning, but not copy them to another website or use them commercially without permission.
