Request a Fence Quote
A useful fence quote starts with useful project information. The more we know about the location, approximate fence length, existing conditions, preferred material, privacy or security goal, and gate needs, the easier it is to understand the scope before a site visit.
Use this page to tell us whether you are considering new installation, repair, replacement, or a gate project. Photos and a short description of access, slope, and existing fencing are especially helpful.

Tell Us About Your Fence Project
A few details go a long way: where the property is, roughly how long the fence will be, whether an old fence has to come out, the material or look you want, and any gates.
Project Type
Tell us whether this is a new fence, a repair, a replacement or gate work. If you are unsure whether the fence can be saved, say so and send photos — we will tell you which it looks like.
Property Type
A house, a townhome or condo community, an apartment building or a business. For HOA, multifamily and commercial properties, mention anyone else who needs to approve the work.
Preferred Material or Style
Cedar, vinyl, chain link, ornamental metal or composite — or simply the look you want. A photo of a fence you like is often the quickest way to show it. The style gallery can help.
Fence Installation, Repair, Replacement, or Gates
Choosing the closest project type helps route the request. If you are unsure whether the existing fence can be repaired, select repair and include photos so the condition can be reviewed.
New Fence Projects
Include the approximate length, the height, the number of gates and their widths, and whether the ground is level. The fence cost calculator gives you a price range before you send anything.
Repair and Replacement Projects
Send photos of the whole fence, close-ups of the damage and of the posts at ground level, and tell us roughly how old the fence is. That is usually enough to tell repair from replacement before the visit.
Gate Work
For a new gate, give the opening width and what needs to pass through it. For a repair, describe the problem — sagging, dragging, not latching — and photograph the gate, its hinges and both posts.

Service Areas We Cover
Use the service areas page to confirm the Greater Seattle city page closest to the property.

Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Woodinville and Mercer Island.
North End Cities
Shoreline, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds and Everett.
South End and South Sound
Renton, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way and Tacoma. If your property is near but not in one of these cities, send the address and we will confirm.
What to Expect After You Request a Quote
Here is what happens after you send the form.
Response Timing
We read every request and contact you by phone or email, using the details you give, to ask any questions and arrange a time to measure. Sending photos with the request usually shortens the back-and-forth.
Next Steps
After the measure you receive a written quote that itemizes footage, height, material, posts, gates, removal of any old fence and haul-away, so you can see what the price is made of and compare it with others.
How Site Visits Work
We walk the fence line, measure it, check the slope, the property corners and access for materials, and look at any old fence. You do not need to be home for the whole visit, but it helps to be there to go over the layout and gates.

Frequently Asked Questions
What information should I send for a fence quote?
The property address, approximate footage, photos, the material or style you want, the condition of any existing fence, gate needs, and any slope or access problems you know about.
Do you quote installation, repair, replacement, and gates?
Yes, all four, for homes and businesses. Choose the closest project type in the form; if you are not sure, describe the problem and send photos.
Can I request a quote for a project in a city outside Seattle?
Yes. We cover the Eastside, the north end and the South Sound as well as Seattle — see the service areas page for the full list.
How soon will someone follow up after I submit a request?
We contact you using the details in your request to arrange the measure. Including photos and the best time to reach you makes that first conversation quicker.
What helps you build a more accurate estimate?
Photos of the whole fence line, the approximate length and height, the number and width of gates, whether an old fence needs removing, and notes on slopes, retaining walls or tight access.
